I'm sorry you had to live that experience, and that you haven't seen justice served. You and all those you served with that day, deserve justice and peace.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 31. I was healthy until the moment I wasn't, as is the case for EVERYONE. Thank you for helping to educate people on this issue.

I had used 1/2 my lifetime max by age 32 before the ACA. The idea that someone could run out of insurability was insane, and the ACA saved many like me. While it has many flaws, going back to the before times is unfathomable.

Nothing burns on the stovetop like it would with an electric, so there's no need to use a cover or mat to protect it. FWIW, I LOOOOVE my induction cooktop, and have been forever converted. Happy cooking!

Both my husband and I needed boosters. We requested a titer to check for immunity and we both came back negative for measles immunity. We're both Gen X.

It's easy to test - just ask your doc for a titer. Then you'll know if you need a booster or not!

It's been 19 years since my diagnosis, and to this day I get emails and questions every single year about when I'm scheduling my mammogram. I've asked to be exempt from the emails and re-educate the staff at my doc's office each year about my history, but none of that seems to matter.
