For me, canceling Hulu was harder than Disney+. Hulu has been my go to for indie and foreign films. But now I can support my local library more (and free speech) with Kanopy and old school physical media. My city's public library is the best.

Over the last few years I slowly started planting "mostly" native pollinator friendly plants and trees in my tiny yard. Many are still young, but I have enough in full bloom that my yard is busy with hummingbirds, butterflies, bees and wasps. I do not bother them and they do not mind my presence.

Logged an embarrassing amount of hours in Fantasy Life i and Tales of the Shire this summer. Fantasy Life has been a blast for my family. My daughter now has me addicted to Animal Crossing again. Calm and cozy helps us deal with the crazy outside our little bubble.

I finished Stray last night. 10/10 Now I need to go back and find all the secrets.

my family got me Stray for xmas. 10 minutes in & i was already tearing up because the kitty got hurt. but then i got to knock every item off of every surface. scratch all the things! i'm living my best cat life.

Finally getting to read the newest Tad Williams book. I'm always happy to revisit Osten Ard.

The new version of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is definitely worth the $10. I am a bit overwhelmed with all the stuff that is now attainable.

My youngest was asking for game recommendations & I mentioned My Time at Portia (had not played Sandrock). Of course hubs pipes in that Sandrock is on game pass, so here I am sucked into another time eating cozy game.

finally finished the new Dragon Age. lots of things i liked. lots of things i disliked. LOVED: Evka & Antoine ❤️
