I've told them that.
I've been told the mgmt is trying to discredit me (as per usual).
I told them it's true I've not done a docmt at work but that doesn't negate my memo.
Both can be true. I slacked at work and leadership failed us.
I'm hopeful this will keep moving forward.

The hardest part was telling my team that I've opened the door, they need to speak up or else I will be noted as a disgruntled employee and nothing changes

Just heard that the retirement email I sent to the General pointing out the leadership failures from people in my organization has gotten legs and people may be departing sooner rather than later.
I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop but I'm optimistically hopeful real change is going to happen.

My mom fractured her back when she leaned over to pick up my 18 month old son.
My hubby said he heard the Crack from the room next to where she was. She had my son halfway up, CRACK! and froze. Couldn't move.

My Reggie won't sleep in her giant fuzzy circle unless there's a soft blanket on it. Which actually makes it easier to clean. Just wash the blanket instead of the bed. 💚💜
