Me too. My house was supposed to have been completed in March 2025. All I have is footers and foundation..... and excuses from the builder.

I have another builder ready to complete my house but she won't give me anything.

We'll see how she likes court and possibly jail. 😱

While I look for another site to build my retirement house on.

I'm hoping the furlough lasts until the oct 31st. Then I'll have to work 1.5 days while the rest of November I'll will be on leave until my retirement takes effect on the 30th.

I found out she has done this to 10 people. I'm the newest sucker.

I'm also on furlough so I have time....

Have I lost money? Yes.
I'm willing to spend more money to get her in court.

I spoke with the Commonwealth attorney today and sent her a 15 day demand letter.

If she doesn't pay me back, the case goes before the grand jury and she'll hopefully be indicted for fraud.

At the same time, I'm having my attorney file suit in civil court.

I hope she feels the pain

Argh. I signed a contract with a builder to build a house for me. It was supposed to have been completed March 2025.

October 2025, all I have is the footers and foundation. She rejected my lawyers request to sign over everything to me so I could have another builder complete the house.

I had a coworker test positive for covid on a Sunday and he came to an all day meeting on Thursday.

No mask.

By Sunday 2 more coworkers were sick. One tested positive for covid and the other said it was a cold so she didn't test. But she had the same covid symptoms as the 1st guy. 👿
