It's so bad! Especially because the main reason anybody would use them is to regain some level of control... if there's no way to guide my own care then why am I even with them?

This is actually really concerning. Maybe 2026 is the year I go fully DIY with my healthcare? I'd rather control stuff myself than have an AI doing it badly and it's not like the NHS will help me with anything

Ah yeah, that's totally fair! In case it helps, postage is a flat rate (except in the US where there's a small tariff increase per item) so I typically encourage folks to buy together with other people locally to make things cheaper
