What's good in Patria is System Engineering practices even in military bloated approach. Very few in Finland do that on contrast wider use in DK/SE/NO.
Some say it is because Finland rarely does really BIG things. Although rintamiestalo was great concept.

Wishful thinking is that Don simply mudding field by bribing enemies and bashing allies (people, orgs, countries). So allies don't think they have advantage and enemies think they can get a pass. Then Don has no constrains to act.
