I have gotten pretty good at recognising when my horrible mood is a result of not eating, not me being actually bad at everything and nobody likes me.

I have, however, not gotten any better at remembering to eat at a reasonable hour to avoid this.

And a bonus for my writer pals out there: There is no career blueprint for this. Not everyone can have a NYT bestseller debut at 19. Some careers move fast, some move slow. Sometimes, a publisher is not *your* path. Sometimes, you take the scenic route. Sometimes, it stays a hobby. And that's okay!
