Up half the night with an #autoimmuneflareup bad joint pain and all. Fell back to sleep an hour before I got up for work and felt like crap all day but for some reason when this happens, I push myself to do everything. Like I won’t let it dictate me. Worked, cut the grass, did laundry etc. 🤦🏼♀️

12:35am update: Having an autoimmune flare up from the stress of the last week and the joint pain did not come to just play. I just used my Biofreeze roller ball on every joint from my hips up and laying on a heating pad but whew! It’s painful! #Autoimmunelife

And our intelligence allies probably won’t share intel with us. Because people couldn’t vote for a woman.
