MLK was right. In the long run AND the short run, the end is better served through non violent protest, use of the courts, showing up on main Street and at the ballot box. Violence ends in more death on both sides, clamp downs, escalation.

I finally left the GOP, choosing to be independent for now. I'm still conservative, at least in some areas, but find that MAGA is pushing me to the left TBH.
