And to reach a bit further, complexity without a system is a system for failure. Your workers aren't shit at they job, the process is shit, and if you decide to boss them around without taking responsibility for the defects within your process. You are a shit business owner.

I will reach a bit further, in a corporation the complexity of the tasks within a job description, might correlate to the efficiency of producing value from the worker.
