A few weeks ago, a (supposed) friend provoked a fierce debate by saying she didn't own any steak knives & that this was totally normal.

I took the only rational response: polled 1,000 adults about their kitchen utensils. 86% own steak knives.

This is a fun one. I asked 29,000 Americans how they primarily organize their books.

- 29% don't organize their books
- 22% sort by genre
- 19% alphabetize
- 3% sort by color
