They’re not ‘real’ soldiers. They’re 2nd Amendment ‘State’ militia weekend warriors. They are obviously not physically fit and no good for much except possibly supply lines, traffic or other support duties. They are also dangerous. They’re also likely poor. It’s the leadership who are responsible
