Internet has been out for hours. I get in queue for help from @verizonofficial.bsky.social. Their call bot calls me and says “a rep is ready”. Immediate dumps me to a hold for 20 mins and counting. Not sure what is broken in your automation, guys, but this is a great way to anger a customer!

A decade ago when I lived in Uganda I went a few times to see a local rapper called Young Cardamom play in scruffy bars in Kampala. I remember him clearly: he had charisma and could rap, but also seemed very arrogant for a guy rapping at scruffy bars in Kampala. Anyway, I just realized who it was…
