People are more complicated than that. And how we act when we’re angry doesn’t paint an accurate picture of us, only a partial one

Back in a consistent routine

You should expect sympathy, trust, kindness, caring, and interest from others. But you have to stop expecting yourself from other people.

A new year is a great time to try something new! But don’t limit yourself. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to make these drastic changes and can end up backsliding if we don’t live up to it. But you don’t need a new year to restart. You can have as many second chances as you need.

Taking a beat and looking up at the stars is never time wasted.
