I've lost £700 in commissions this month due to my own silly mistake. I was supposed to opt into a private offer. The merchant had reduced the public commissionable rate from 10% to 1%, and then offered me 20% -- but I had to opt in. FFS! I didn't see the email... Gutted, but lesson learnt...

In January, my house is spotless, well-organised etc. Not because I’m on joining the “new year new me” brigade.

It’s because I’m procrastinating from doing the tax return I’ve had 9 months to file. Could have grown a full baby in that time.

For Christmas, Meta deactivated my 20+ year old Facebook account due to an Instagram account I don’t own. (I can only guess that it’s been created via a dodgy app I’ve used). A bit upset about all the photos and memories I’ve lost.

People often ask me how to know for sure if an image was created by artificial intelligence. So I marked in the attached photo (in the red circles) some clues that make me suspect that it's a fabricated photo, although it's not possible to say with absolute certainty in this case.
