Our national parks are in trouble.

Since Trump returned to office, the National Park Service has lost nearly a quarter of its full-time staff. That’s thousands of people who used to care for trails, run visitor centers, respond to emergencies, and protect the land, gone.

Four out of five national news headlines were about trump. I'm getting sick of seeing it. He probably loves all the attention.

Just read that the brain burns 20% - 25% of your energy! It requires sodium, potassium,an, and magnesium to convert calories into brain food, though, so if you withhold salt in your diet you might feel it as "brain fog".

A lot of desperately hungry Palestine storm the first distribution of food the Israelis are graciously allowing in. Guess who profits?

"Security at the new distribution site is being provided by private American contractors, but the Israeli military is stationing forces nearby."

Trump is sending immigrants to countries other than their home countries. WTF? And WE, the taxpayers, will pay their airfare and prison costs.

It's upsetting to see how many leaders of federal departments and agencies are being fired. Is it simply to put Trump's "people" in place? I dread reading 2025 to find out. (Too many pages!)

He is a unbelievably self-serving! Front-and-center. Here's this on Canada:

"Trump complimented Carney on his election win, wryly noting, "I think I was probably the greatest thing that happened to him."

For his birthday Trump is having a giant expensive military parade. I wonder how much of our tax dollars will go to it.

Today, April 20th, is when we're supposed to find out if Trump will follow through with threats to invoke the Insurrection Act, which would unleash the military to go after "rebellious" people.

In just 65 days, taxpayers spent almost 4x more for Trump’s golf trips than what we spent last year in federal funding for Sesame Street.

I’d rather pay for my kids to enjoy Elmo instead of paying for Trump and his oligarchs to play golf at Mar a Lago.

The thing we're going to face first is incompetence at every level of government. Firing skilled and knowledgeable people and putting untried people in their place is stupid. Just try to do business with the government, like the post office and the Social Security office, and get back to us.
