Evaluation and maintenance are important to monitor patient progress, identify barriers, and address concerns. Just because there wasn't a "procedure" doesn't make it less important. Having to review and resubmit claims is just one more reason medical care costs are so high - administration.

Read article re: a concerning increase in cancer prevalence. Then I read about how “cool” smoking is. Meanwhile, CDC Ofc on Smoking & Health is gone; . Tobacco control funding to states is gone. Don’t believe Big Tobacco’s “concern” re: tobacco in media. This is their game plan.
