They always do this. Historically, any figures that are productive and are capable of delivering messages to large audiences are slandered, harassed, threatened. Social hierarchies like gender, race, sexual orientation and class are also used against them. Rumors, scandals, false charges and death.

This is Rev David Black, minister of the First Presbyterian Church in Chicago. He was shot seven times in the head with chemical pellets by ICE agents as he was kneeling to pray at a protest. He's one of three clergymen that ICE shot in the head.

Right now on the streets if Chicago thousands march in protest of the invasion of Chicago Texas National Guard.

Illinois does not want a Texas militarized force within its borders.
