i purchased my dumb phone to start my june challenge -i just gotta decide if i wanna downgrade my other devices so i can get a physical sim to switch back and forth or just have 2 phone numbers. im kinda leaning towards the second cause the plan i would get would force me even more to stay off (1/2)

A lot of research later I think I’m gonna get a “dumb” phone and start to use that a bit.

What have you done to counteract smart phone addiction? I started using screen time on my phone recently and realized how much I use it. I need to do something.

Idk if it’s the psych meds or the turning 33 later this month freaking me out but I have started budgeting seriously again, and slowly working towards taking care of myself better starting with taking ALL my meds every day and not just my ADHD meds, and drinking protein with them.
