Sorry, I've stopped responding to DM's, since I was getting too many scammers
Except she wrote & recorded it while still married to John McVie. Who was singing back-up.

And even "Say You Love Me" isn't a healthy relationship. Imagine hearing "Baby, baby, hope you're gonna stay away..." on your way down the aisle.

Some of the women I used to hang out with kept saying they wanted to play Fleetwood Mac songs at their weddings, & I'm sitting there going, "Have you *listened* to their lyrics?" There is not a single song where the speaker is happily in love.

I went to see a doctor last year with pain in my lower abdomen & they ACTUALLY TOOK IT SERIOUSLY instead of brushing it off as just period pains!!

I always preferred the Marx Brothers.

This reminds me of a comment from a documentary on the Roman treatment of the Goths leading up to Adrianople: "When you're selling your children & you've *already eaten the dog,* I think most of us are going to rebel." There's only so much a person can take, & we might be getting there soon.

Well, that's a visual I didn't need.

I'm sorry for your loss. Was it at least a good brisket or did they cook it into shoe leather?

Unless they're from Panda Express. Their noodles are always so overcooked! I have never gotten decent noodles from there.

Most disgusting act of the 21st century *so far*. We're only a quarter of the way through, give the uber-lords time. I'm sure they'll outdo themselves.

Which should also be well chilled (both for the dough & the cook!)
My mother & I turned the cranberry sauce residue into a cocktail a couple of years ago, by rinsing the food processor out with rum & gingerale. So vodka in the pie crust would be in keeping with the season.

The board helps a lot with that. If you've got a good solid wooden board (or even better, marble or other stone), the dough will roll out faster & better than if you use a dinky plastic or bamboo board. They do cost more, but they'll last forever, just like a Dutch oven or cast iron skillet.

They're not trained, period. That's why they go after innocent people rather than criminals.

When in doubt, add more butter. And make sure it's well chilled.

I cheat & use the frozen puff pastry. It rolls out so easily & everyone raves about how light the crust is.
