an annoying problem the games industry has is that absolutely no one wants to give a quote about anything other than the game they are currently promoting.

And as for the disrespect people are throwing my way on Twitter, I've deactivated everything and can't see a damn thing and I'm thankful for it. Idk why people wanna bend backwards to defend a bad faith label, maybe because 'Lux is making me feel bad for wanting to buy this and I don't like that'

All of those feelings go out the window when it involves a record people feel they deserve. Forget the continued disrespect thrown my way by this label when people think that the work I put into their favorite album is not good enough to say "hey, please don't put this on vinyl, I never wanted that"

Also, I'm just gonna flat out say it: I think some of these folks openly talking shit and spouting "WELL SHE SAMPLED SO IT'S FAIR GAME" aren't even in it for the vibes, they're in it for financial purposes because they know people buy physicals and they're in it for the grift of ripping people off.

If your view is that sampled music somehow counts as a lower form of artistry that deserves less consideration for its creators then why are you even a vaporwave fan? It’s kind of part of the whole ethos. If you’re just in it for the vibes and don’t care about hurting artists, kindly reconsider.
