In my day job, I've worked with several people in both the driver's position & the son's. The message is powerful, but I wish they'd had RJ professionals working with them to help them move towards some type of closure. They're both still sitting with their trauma.

As it's come up elsewhere, what are some words that you mispronounced for a long time because you only saw them written and never heard them spoken?
Mine was "Hyperbole," which I pronounced "hyper bowl" well into my adult life (it's pronounced "High-per-bow-lee" instead, which, okay, I guess).
