There’s ALWAYS replies like that. Like the “straight people in gay bars” thing, it’s been going on for years. Most folks are completely normal, we both know that. But discourse surrounding queer fiction—MLM and sapphic alike—has always been bonkers. This was going on in fanfic circles decades ago.
