My grocery bill was $75 higher this week (vs last week) with no meat or fish this time and less items. Eggs went up $3 a carton. Didn't he promise lower prices on day 1? Gas prices are up too. Also noticed less food options.

Went into my Amazon cart today to place an order with items that I put in my cart a week ago. I have never seen prices go up this much! Vitamin D3 from $8.49 to $15.89, Duracell Batteries from $25.06 to $46.97! I can't wait to see my next grocery bill! #tariff

Democrats have the majority for less than two more months. I'll be using every second to push for passage of my PRESS Act to protect journalists from government spying and surveillance.

NEW: Legislation that would bar the United States government from spying on journalists—except under rare, specific circumstances—is currently stalled in Congress.

Senate Democrats Are Running Out of Time to Pass a Shield Law to Protect Journalism
The PRESS Act, which would protect journalists from government spying, enjoys broad bipartisan support and has passed the House—but it’s unclear whether the Senate will take it up.
