An autistic ♾️queer ⚧️🏳️‍🌈foodie with a desire to share what they know about one of life’s most basic pleasures: food!
Today I am thankful for the availability of spices and produce. It really lets me explore different flavor combinations. Tonight’s meal was an original creation and included apples, prunes, sage, thyme, cloves, and nutmeg.
And yes, I am a salty/sweet truther

Cat’s Do’s:
If you are able to grind black pepper, do so. Don’t have a pepper grinder? Get one.
This will ensure your pepper is fresh and full of flavor.

Do you prefer cinnamon or lemon flavored sweets?

One of my favorites is lemon hard candies! I know it’s not advised to crunch them, but I love doing it. It gives a similar texture to crunching ice and I find the tang-sweetness so satisfying.

Hello! Welcome to my page! I am an autistic queer cook (I think “chef” is probably too high brow for the meals I make) and I’d like to help YOU spice up your dinner routine.
What makes me qualified? …well, not much. But I have been eating from a very skilled cooks table for a VERY long time.
