Call me old fashioned, but I believe that stealing classified documents, encouraging espionage, inciting an armed insurrection, and being a convicted felon and rapist should disqualify any person from trying to be President of the United States.

The 14th Amendment, Sec 3 DOES NOT say one has to be found guilty of Insurrection.... only that you have to have participated or given aid or comfort to those who did (allowing participants 4 hours of freedom to rampage through the Capitol and put elected official's lives at risk)
