If its still keeping you up theres no shame in getting out of bed for a bit to kind of do a reset. Any time my insomnia or anxiety is keeping me up I try not to just sit in it. Ill get up, make some tea, write, draw, do something to get my mind off things then try again in a half hour or so

Not out of the woods yet by any means. We still need to keep pushing for protective rights for artists and creators who are threatened by losing business opportunities because of gen AI and point out its horrible misuse within media. But its actually starting to feel like people are giving a shit

Probably also doesn't help that theres really not a lot of good options for careers and jobs that will actually pay well, especially when theres other jobs that'll stick you in front of a computer and you'll get paid twice or three times as much as most animal care related fields
