Sure, the lady rolling through a stop sign and bumping me isn't likely to kill me, but it's enough to irritate me and put me on edge the rest of the day. This is the type of behaviour I'd like to see curbed. Unfortunately, we have a civic government who represents the aggressive drivers.

I dug into the data a few years ago and noted in an email to city councillors, collisions as a result of every factor had decreased with the exception of one where it had increased: "aggressive driving".
