Keeping up with the home made ciabatta, this one is with roasted chicken leg, hummus, red pepper, pickled chillies, onion, oregano, and olive oil. The ciabatta was oiled and toasted.

Made some nice bread yesterday, so it had to be nduja with tomato and parmesan for breakfast! I mean, why wouldn't it be?

Very wintery out there. The snow isn't settling properly right on the north coast of Scotland. Inland is a different story! This is looking north from my window.

I got a couple of goodies a couple of weeks ago. But the display two days ago was three times as powerful.
So imagine how impressed I was by the heavy rain and thick clouds!!!

I am not an artist, but I bought the 27@ Huion Kamvas Pro thing. I use it as a touch screen for mixing music too. But I am really enjoying drawing on it. Loads of fun!

I am right on the coast - I mean, the rocks are just 40 meters from my window. The downside are the winds. They make my tripod vibrate. And the waves vibrate through the rock. I can feel them through my floor! Nearest major light is Dounreay which is 15 miles away. You'd love it.
