Flushing municipal dollars down the john in a manufactured crisis. Portland's prematurely boarded up downtown did more than waste tax dollars: already struggling businesses were taxed by administrative pessimism rather than buoyed by optimism during holiday season.

NSM was bought 2017 by Shinsegae Group, a large international firm. After 2 years negotiations, NSM hasn't made any offer on wages/benefits and are breaking labor law regularly.
