SESAR Trial: What Sedation Works Best in ARDS?

Evidence from a 37-center ICU trial in France shows IV propofol outperforms inhaled sevoflurane in moderate to severe ARDS:

🔻 Fewer ventilator-free days
🔻 Lower 90-day survival
🔻 Higher early mortality
