Latinas earn 54 cents for every dollar a white, non-Hispanic man earns losing up to 1.2 million dollars over a 40-year career. For full-time, year round workers the wage gap widens to 58 cents per dollar.

For every $1 paid to white, non-Hispanic men, NHPI women earn as little as 65¢. Disaggregated data makes it clear: not all communities experience pay equity the same way. We need policies that protect NHPI women and close the gap.
