Definitely some Insular influence, particularly with the g letterform. The d is also slightly similar to some of the Breton corpus, too

The Manuscript of the Week is RIA MS 23 P 2, Leabhar Mór Leacain/the Great Book of Lecan. Compiled in A.D. 1397-1418, it contains a large amount of genealogical material, as well as historical, biblical and hagiographical material.
