This corporate gibberish in that press release doesn't really help either...what the (bleep) is "enhanced" about Spirit?

And while I don't believe Spirit has any safety issues, randomly throwing the word "safely" in at random just feels weird. Why bring trhe subject up?

Another great report of adventures in Chicago, and as always your taste in IFE is exquisite...my monitors as I read this:

Sure they can, their website gives route limit of the A321LR at 4000nm, DUB-TPA is 3602. The 4000nm range with required reserves is consistent with other sources too.

And they're getting the -XLR, with even more range.

I didn't see that on the website's main page - it talked about cash options for guests, but not others. Is it deeper in?

(Or was I too distracted by the lack of editing? 😆)

Wow, that looks...underwhelming. And no access for domestic Mint, or if you have their $499/year card but save a few bucks on a "basic" fare.

And I just noticed this on the web page...damn, this should be embarassing for a supposedly tech-savvy airline. Doesn't anyone proofread any more?

So true on Nog, if Aron Eisenberg hadn't passed away an older Nog would be a great starting point for a new series.

As for Kim, so much, as long as he nevere got promoted. we know what happens if he gets promoted...

If you change it to EWR-PHL, it then offers the cheapest flight at $166 that would involve two connections and a total of almost 17 hours of flying time. Oh, and that's a "hack".

Yes, I know that theoretically you can build your own connection between any two...

Okay, Kayak's advertising algorithm has lost its mind. It's giving me a banner ad for a $134 r/t from EWR to PHL. If you click through, it shifts to NYC-PHL instead, doesn't offer the flight for the dates it prepopulates, and shows Amtrak for ...$22.

Wow, it's ugly. Flow constraints at Jacksonville Center on southbound traffic apparently a big part of it for us here in Florida. Information is inconsistent, one flow program says "ZDC/ZJX stafffing", another just says "other". Suspect FAA is just not admitting all the staffing issues now.

wow...JFK now on ground stop. They're admitting it's staffing, but at ZNY and ZDC, not JFK itself:
