Her grasp on power has lived long enough for a random prosecutor that attacked my brother's IEP directly to become vice president. Her regime has tumbled through 3 official recessions, as well as the Enron collapse. 8 shutdowns. The bottom 50% of Americans control 1/3 less wealth. 2/

There is clearly intense potential for damage and harm in Trump's immigration policy. And yet with no way to forecast the outcome, I have to wonder what the impact in Central and South America will be. Perhaps American isolationism can create immense pressure on cartels and generate stability. 3/3

Either the state of Venezuela is far worse than any American can comprehend, or this mother's beliefs are dramatically misaligned with reality (the answer likely lies between the two). 2/3

In some ways they're kinda proving the propaganda point.
Anyway, proaganda aside, the median Chinese income is ~$36.7K and the cost of living index is 30.7, as compared to the US with ~$37.5K and a COL index of 64.9. Fascinating that income is near equal but affordability is double in China.

This was all based on just 18 of 51 pages of proposals. This all comes just from Ways and Means. The GOP truly is seeking to solidify American oligarchy and corporatocracy. If they enact a quarter of their changes, the United States will be unrecognizable in 10 years. 11/11

The doc further proposes tax measures that would make college education entirely inaccessible to even the theoretical middle class through scholarship taxation, an end to student loan interest tax credits, ending the American opportunity tax credit, and ending grad school loans. 10/11

It also proposes banning SSI payments to felons. This will disproportionately impact veterans. 9/11

Welfare changes largely center on efficiency, but of particular note are changes to disability. The document proposes requiring school enrollment for child SSI, effectively removing SSI for families without access to SpEd programs, especially for those beyond certain disability levels. 8/11
