some of the tools that we (used to! I can't access large print books from my local library branch, they now have to be shipped) can help others. we need texts they can read and we need texts they want to read.

I've empowered myself through visual recognition apps, screen readers and loop based insulin pumps. I've found no power in chatbots.

I work in call centers and every time I get a guy like this, they complain that they feel like things take too long. not a single one of them has made the connection
