it might be a good idea to try and stop insulting the illiterate. this used to be a norm, but I am now increasingly getting shit for requesting large print so I can assume it's worse for new readers.
One hard part of the literacy problem in the United States is there are a lot of people -- some of them with college degrees and beyond -- who don't realize that they are bad at reading
