you can use &udm=14 at the end of your search, and even set that as your default browser, then all the AI crap is removed from your google search

I was on a United flight yesterday that finished while the systems were down, and since there were no gates available, they kept us on the tarmac for an hour+ before we could leave the plane. And the flight was already delayed by a mechanical issue so we ended up being 3 hours late.....

What level of exercise is tested here? 150 minutes of moderate activity (heart association rec) or a set number of MET minutes, or weight training, or a specific exercise plan? Sorry I can't open the article to see the details.
