This is the right take. Consider the flexibility & power of hiring the employees you want (& retaining them) is health care access & cost was not a factor? Talk about productivity & growth. Geez.
If you are a small to med size business, would you rather buy health insurance from the big insurance companies, or from a new Non Profit Healthcare program offered by the biggest Unions ?
