A2: It honestly depends on where the activity took place and if you know the lay of the land. For example, if something happened in Haverhill, Mass you would HAVE to go to Essex country courthouse in Salem, Mass rather than the Rockingham one in Salem, NH. #genchat

Wow! Sorry to hear that. But, it's understandable, I guess. And it's hard to keep up with the #genchat goings on. I hope people use the #genealogy hashtag to keep things going. If not, there's always lively discussions on Wikitree.
