Watching the collaboration and a-has as participants engaged in thoughtful mathematics in my sessions at #ICTM25 is why I love the work I do. So incredibly grateful for educators who devote time to learning. Your students are just so lucky.

I have a lot of emotions about posters like this & divisibility rules in general. Mainly, I don’t know most of them b/c I can’t remember them and I have other ways to figure out if a number is divisible by another. Can anyone help me reconcile my emotions? Does knowing them help anyone? #iteachmath

Guiding third graders and listening to them talk through a visual image from @gfletchy.bsky.social and @tracyzager.bsky.social BFF kits this week was a treat. They literally did everything you would have wanted them to showing teachers that yes indeed, they are capable of this kind of thinking!
