@maddow.msnbc.com is it true that Donald Trump is caving on his tariffs or is he manipulating the markets to line his own pockets?Given that we know his self enrichment tendencies, it’s hard to believe that he isn’t benefiting his own bank account by his wreckless abuse of tariffs.

The fact that there's some due process doesn't contradict the fact that the governor can remove him. No one said there was no due process. But ultimately the process is in the governor's hands: she can suspend him immediately, and ultimately it's up to her whether to remove him.
