I recently returned to my Animal Crossing island. I missed it, and there are still some unfinished things I would like to do. Collections, fruit, to stop the flowers from overtaking my entire island. 🏝️

I still need:
-Cherries 🍒
-Peaches 🍑
- Pears 🍐

Also back on my quest to grow blue roses.

It has been raining a lot recently, so I’ve had a few opportunities. I love the variety in the shells, the different sizes of snail. The way that maybe they are traveling sideways or upside down or sometimes on the edge of the building.

After rain, snails.🐌 To make sure I don’t step on any, to look at them go about their way. Always cute too.

Duolingo, that hurts. 😅

There are some very nice options. I’ve been liking this one and I am happy about the return of the sparkling Honeycrisp apple drink. Some of them are simpler and some more ‘mocktail’.

Took myself on a micro adventure to Mercado Little Spain for the first time. I finished my visit with churros y chocolate.

I was able to eat outside, where I could take my mask off safely. I went today before it gets colder. Saw (and ate) some things I haven’t since I studied in Madrid.🫶🏻

It is fall, in spite of the climate change mini heat waves. So I’m sharing a spot of color that caught my eye recently.

I just got this ad over on Instagram. It is refreshing to see such an inclusive statement from a Halloween themed attraction of all things. While some of these extra scary, ‘immersive’ exhibits are fun for some people, for some of us who are sensitive in some way, having options matters.

I’ve been seeing stories of folks citing a desire to wear ( and not ‘ruin’) makeup as a reason they don’t wear masks. While you can’t see my whole face, it’s quite obvious that I’m wearing colorful, fun makeup in this photo. 🌅
