Great news on #MesozoicArtII relevant to buyers in the USA -- I'm reliably informed that you can order direct from Bloomsbury's US site, and that the book qualifies for free shipping. I can't test that from here (as in the UK), but I hope it works out :) @sharkbitesteve.bsky.social

In 2010, a scientist argued that 2.1 billion-year-old African specimens showed complex life appearing 500 million years ahead of schedule. His critics say they are — literally — fool's gold. At stake? The question of when and how complex life arose at all.

Controversial evidence hints that complex life might have emerged hundreds of millions of years earlier than previously thought—and possibly more than once

Fully agree.
I am opposed to AI products and services because of the extra power they require... IN A CLIMATE CRISIS. I am opposed to AI results - texts and illustrations - because they've been created unethically, via theft and non-consensual use of the work of others. Share if you agree.

Love is real in a way that hate and division can never be. Standing with someone is real. Ministering to them, in word and presence and humble service, is real. Trump's vanity and authoritarianism? Delusions like chaff in the wind, as Psalm 1 has it.

This is real? It 100% reads as satire, an official .gov website that says Trump is the biggest brand in the world and bigger than Nixon.
I've been stewing about this for a few days now but I just can't contain it anymore. what the fuck is this bullshit. americabydesign.gov

TRUMP: We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the fuck they’re doing.

This stunning color is my favorite, green marble. The marble gene is recessive and shifts the dark pigment to the ends of the feathers, creating scalloped edges and leaving the body color lighter.

Just to have some content, I’ll share parrotlet color genetics and example photos. Here’s the bird that started it all for me, Marshmallow.

His genetics are blue (removes yellow) with the American gene (removes body blue). It’s called “American White”.
