This pretty much guarantees a 30+ day shutdown. I expect a bill from Repubs to pay TSA, ATC, and military…the ones the public would complain about. And then I expect this shutdown to drag on long enough for large # of feds to be forced to quit because they can’t afford to go without pay any longer
