Videos still record at low FPS still so I'm only showing a picture from my phone, but I've been doing some A/B testing between the Switch 1/2 and can confirm that this problem room in Metroid Dread no longer exhibits framerate drops on Switch 2. Neat!

I'd go without a heatsink because both motherboards have a chonker heatsink included that you can slot the M.2 drive underneath
Motherboards are up to Gen5 speeds now, so that is something to be mindful of before finalizing your purchase. Gen5 M.2 drives will work on Gen4, but slightly slower
