Congress wants to fund DHS, but it makes both financial sense and moral sense to close the government for a few weeks.

This is an idea, just an idea. When I hear "Defund ICE" I feel its a temporary solution.
What we need, is "Abolish ICE and REBUILD." Rebuild it into something that can never hurt the citizens again. Give it Senate Oversight, make it responsible to the people, and give it a better name.
