Ok. The lasagna is pretty good. I was not thrilled with the bechemel when I tasted it but once in cooked with the lasagna, it's pretty decent.

Update - I thought the pecan chorizo was too sweet but with the refrieds and salsa verde, it's perfect. Highly recommend.
