Weeks told lawmakers that 100,432 people were enrolled in a plan through Nevada Health Link as of Dec. 27. At the same point of open enrollment last year, 102,958 people were enrolled. “We’re not that far off, surprisingly, given all the rate increases,” Weeks said. But there’s a big caveat to those numbers. About half of those people were automatically re-enrolled into plans, said Weeks, “which means they haven’t quite gotten their bill.” She continued, “When they get their first premium bill this month, we are likely to see… There’s going to be, probably, some fluctuation there.”

Only 13 of them vote to extend the enhanced #ACA tax credits.

The other 25 all voted NO.

I'm going to assume it will end up narrowly passing the House; it would be pretty stupid for those four to sign the discharge petition without actually voting for the bill, and Republicans are currently down 2 members anyway with Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA) having resigned and Doug LaMalfa (CA) dying yesterday morning. My guess is that up to a dozen of the other vulnerable GOP House members will also vote for the bill once it breaks a simple majority, but we'll see.
