Choose954 Podcast #106 With Charlotte Dune
On this episode of the Choose954 Podcast, we sit down with Charlotte Dune, a writer, filmmaker, and sustainability advocate who’s using creativity as a force for change. As the upcoming speaker for CreativeZen Talks on February 14, Charlotte shares her journey of blending storytelling, environmental activism, and consciousness exploration in ways that challenge perspectives and inspire action. We dive into her work as a writer and filmmaker, exploring how she crafts narratives that engage audiences on deeper levels. From screenwriting to documentary filmmaking, she’s passionate about using storytelling to spark conversations around sustainability, human connection, and rethinking our relationship with the world around us. The conversation also explores her interest in psychedelics and altered states of consciousness, and how those experiences have influenced her creative process, personal growth, and vision for a more interconnected future. Whether through her Ecosystem Revolution movement or her latest creative projects, Charlotte is constantly pushing boundaries and encouraging others to think differently. A thought-provoking conversation on creativity, sustainability, and the power of storytelling—don’t miss it. 🎟️ Catch Charlotte’s CreativeZen Talk on February 14. Ngl I’m really enjoying the traditional Chinese medicine content on RedNote.
Lol call me a sheep, call me brainwashed, I don’t care.
Western medicine has failed me/us too many times.

Would attend.

Wow!! Can’t believe it’s snowing! Is this 1,000 year snow? So pretty.
January 22, 2025 at 1:05 PM
Yep. 100%.
I personally would love to give all Canadians the option to get easy US Green cards. Love me some Canadians.
January 22, 2025 at 12:59 PM
Not talking about merger.
January 21, 2025 at 6:49 PM
Maybe for Canadians born in Canada to Canadian parents, but I get the sense that for a lot of Canadians who initially came as immigrants, which is many, Canada was their second choice, and they’d jump at the chance to move to the US.
And with a Greencard, they could move anywhere in the US.
January 21, 2025 at 5:41 PM
A lot would want that greencard. I hear Canadians talking about wanting to move to the US all the time.
January 21, 2025 at 4:41 PM
Additional hot take: being American but having lived in Toronto for seven years, I feel confident in saying that if we offered every Canadian a free and easy US green card, 60% would take it.
Why?
1. The weather
2. High cost of housing in CA
3. High taxes
4. Low dollar
5. Frustrating healthcare

Like that one old friend we all have, they lost their job and need help.

When what we wanted was the Holigarchy… but they’ve taken that away from us.
Cause America’s other favorite archy: The Patriarchy.

In my humble cinephile opinion, “The Outrun” was the best film of 2024. (I went back and saw it a second time in the theater — and cried both times)
January 19, 2025 at 6:40 PM
Interesting! I haven’t even heard of this one. I’ll check it out. Thank you!
January 19, 2025 at 7:56 PM
Oh no. I’d heard from others that it was the best film of the year. 🤦‍♀️ Do you think only cinema nerds and cinematographers like it?
